Overview:
This restaurant was relocating to a property with many site constrictions. The soils were disturbed and compacted and the only area available for tanks was under the parking lot.

Solution:

• Traffic rated septic tanks were installed under the parking lot.
• A dig out was completed on the mound location to remove the damaged soils.
• A Nayadic pretreatment system was installed to reduce the high strength waste to below residential levels.
• Drainfields were constructed in the only available space and had to be built in between the parking lot and the road right of way.
